Terms, Pricing & Cancellation

These terms apply to Simpl Ops, a service provided by Simpl Solutions.

By using Simpl Ops, submitting onboarding information, accessing a dashboard, starting a free trial, or continuing paid service, you agree to these terms.

What Simpl Ops Provides

Simpl Ops is an operational intelligence and decision-support service for small and mid-sized service businesses.

Simpl Ops may provide:

  • Business dashboards
  • Operational alerts
  • Bottleneck detection
  • Revenue recovery estimates
  • Weekly update collection
  • Daily or periodic business summaries
  • Recommended actions and decision-support guidance

Simpl Ops is designed to help business owners prioritize decisions. It does not replace professional financial, legal, accounting, employment, or operational advice.

Estimates and Recommendations

Simpl Ops may show estimated revenue recovery, revenue-at-risk, business health scores, alerts, priorities, or recommended actions.

Simpl Ops identifies the opportunity. Actual recovery depends on follow-through, execution, and the accuracy of the business inputs provided.

Customers are responsible for reviewing recommendations, making business decisions, and verifying the accuracy of their own business information.

Pricing

Simpl Ops Tier 1 pricing is:

  • One-week free trial
  • $1,000 setup fee if the customer continues after the trial
  • $300/month subscription for continued access and monitoring

Pricing may change for future plans, custom work, integrations, expanded services, or enterprise-level needs. Any custom pricing should be confirmed in writing.

Free Trial

The free trial gives a customer temporary access to Simpl Ops so they can review the dashboard, submit business information, and evaluate whether the service is a good fit.

Trial access may be limited, suspended, or ended if information appears inaccurate, duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or outside the intended use of Simpl Ops.

Billing

If a customer chooses to continue after the free trial, the customer agrees to pay the applicable setup fee and monthly subscription fee.

Customers will not be charged for paid service unless they choose to continue after the free trial and complete the payment process.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel by contacting Simpl Solutions before the next billing period. Cancellation requests should be sent at least 2 business days before the next billing date to allow time for processing.

Cancellation stops future billing after the cancellation is processed. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior setup fees, subscription fees, completed work, or already-used service periods unless separately agreed in writing or required by law.

Refunds

Setup fees and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once service access, setup, onboarding, dashboard preparation, or monitoring work has begun.

Simpl Solutions may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Keep dashboard links and access tokens private
  • Review recommendations before taking action
  • Use Simpl Ops for lawful business purposes
  • Notify Simpl Solutions if account access, billing, or business information needs to be corrected

Service Availability

Simpl Solutions works to keep Simpl Ops available and reliable, but service may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, third-party tools, hosting issues, automation errors, payment systems, internet outages, or other causes outside our direct control.

Third-Party Tools

Simpl Ops may rely on third-party tools for hosting, automation, email, spreadsheets, payments, AI processing, analytics, and other operational needs.

Simpl Solutions is not responsible for outages, limitations, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpl Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Simpl Ops.

Simpl Ops is a decision-support tool. Customers remain responsible for final business decisions and actions.

Changes to These Terms

Simpl Solutions may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Simpl Ops after updated terms are posted means the customer accepts the updated terms.
